How Many Angels would best be described as a combination of William Faulkner’s As I Lay Dying and the 1989 film (based on a play) Steel Magnolias, but set in Maine.  Maybe it could be called Granite Lady Slippers or something.  If only the Maine state flower was something better than the pine cone and tassel.
